We are leading Supplier and Distributor of ABB Contactors, AC& DC Contactors, Capacitor Duty Contactors and Mini Contactors.
Contactors and Overload Relays are suitable for a large variety of applications in building and in industry such as motor control, heating and ventilating, air conditioning, pumping, lifting equipment, lighting, process power factor correction, etc, ...
The range comprises 4 and 5.5 kW mini-contactors, block contactors up to 560 kW (AC3), installation contactors for domestics and industrial use, bar-mounted contactors, thermal and electronics overload relays, and a wide range of add-on accessories ensuring flexibility and adaptability to customer specifications.
By reducing the contactor's coil energy consumption by up to 80%, panels can be built smaller and transformers more compact. All the features of the AF technology, along with access to drawings and coordination tables online, simplifies your design and assembly process.
The AF contactor secures your uptime, gives you global support, optimizes your logistics and simplifies your design.

UA16, UA26, UA30,US50, UA63, UA75, UA95,UA110 are 3-pole contactors for capacitor switching, can be used for the switching of capacitor banks whose inrush current peaks are less than or equal to 100 times nominal rms current. The table below gives the permissible powers according to operational voltage and temperature close to the contactor. It also specifies the maximum peak current Î values accepted by the contactor.
The capacitors must be discharged (maximum residual voltage at terminals ≤ 50 V) before being re-energized when the contactors are making.
In these conditions, electrical durability of contactors is equal to 100 000 operating cycles.
The UA.. series 3-pole contactors are of the block type design.
Main poles and auxiliary contacts: 3 main poles, 1 built-in auxiliary contactAXA Power manufactures “Ground Power Units”. They supply aircraft with electricity when standing at the airport or during servicing in the hangar. AXA Power and ABB have been collaborating for many years in developing the best solutions. AXA Power chose the AF contactor from ABB because it was the optimum technical and commercial solution. The design of the AF contactor fits perfectly into the new GPU design because it is a flexible and high quality product. Service and the possibility to get ABB spare parts world wide, within a short time, were also important factors in AXA Power’s choice.
